Grid congestion

You hear about it more and more: net congestion. But what does it mean concretely for your organisation? And what can you do right now to keep your plans from stalling?

More and more companies want to become more sustainable and electrify, while the power grid is filling up in many places. This raises questions and makes it clear that action is needed now. During the Congestion Café on Tuesday 7 April at 14:30 at the Management Building on RDM, you will not only discover what grid congestion means for your organisation, but you will also see which practical solutions are already applicable and profitable today, even without additional grid capacity.

The afternoon combines interpretation and concrete advice: we raise awareness of grid developments and show what steps you can take immediately. Niels Lock, Business Development specialist at Anexo Energy in the Development & Renewal department will take you through his keynote on how Anexo Energy helps companies get more capacity with an energy grid that seems locked. In addition, Maarten van den Berg, Senior Sustainability Consultant, shares a use case on the Rotterdam Municipality's Flex Scan, an energy flexibility study for which companies can receive subsidies of up to 80%. ELINEX Power Solutions, among others, will also give an innovation pitch.
