About the field lab
The Fieldlab Industrial Electrification (FLIE) offers a practice environment where industrial end-users, energy companies and technology companies cooperate To transition to sustainable, electric processes accelerate. By testing and validating technologies at industrially relevant scale, developing business cases and sharing knowledge, we support companies to achieving CO₂ reduction and sustainable growth.
The cooperation partners of the Fieldlab are Deltalinqs, Port of Rotterdam, InnovationQuarter, FME, TNO and Platform Zero and is being shaped in close cooperation with the ERDF grant, the Municipality of Rotterdam and the Province of South Holland.

Theme ambassador Power2X innovation programme Energy and Climate
The Energy & Climate innovation programme gives impetus to making the industry more sustainable by connecting and strengthening the many regional initiatives. Part of this is the appointment of theme ambassadors, who will represent the programme lines. The ambassadors will be selected on capacity, network and expertise. The Fieldlab Industrial Electrification was found to be leading on these criteria and will act as a catalyst within the programme line Industrie Power2x.
