De agenda benadrukt dat elektrificatie boven \u201cindirecte\u201d routes komt te staan en dat investeringen vooral moeten gaan naar warmtepompen, elektrische verwarming en geavanceerde elektrificatietechnologie\u00ebn in sectoren als de voedingsmiddelen-, textiel- en papierindustrie. Erkenning is er ook voor mogelijke knelpunten: indien niet alle voorwaarden voor volledige elektrificatie aanwezig zijn, ziet het kabinet hybride oplossingen (combinaties met fossiel of hernieuwbare
