Van Woerden believes that results can be achieved quickly in small steps. Not so long ago, nobody was talking about it, but now there are many initiatives in the field of electrification of industrial plants. In the webinar, he took the audience through how these initiatives can move on to concrete implementation in the region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Furthermore, as a panel participant, he interacted with experts from the market about the changes needed within the Power2X field to activate more organisations to move to new technologies. on a shelf at Boeing has grown into a Dutch innovation that is helping to make ports, construction sites and large-scale energy projects more sustainable. QuinteQ Energy Storage, based in Culemborg, develops flywheel systems for energy storage and is currently working on a major microgrid project for the port of Odessa in Ukraine. Business Development Manager Timo Pauel explains how a combination of technical daring, entrepreneurship and support from FLIE and FME has contributed to the company\u2019s growth. When QuinteQ was founded in 2018, the foundations had already been in place for several years. The technology originated from a Boeing aerospace project, in which a flywheel had once been developed to deliver extremely high power peaks.
